OPL runs a dedicated fiber line at Millard Branch that allows Millard Public Schools (MPS) students and staff to access the district’s secure wireless network at the library. All available networks at Millard Branch are visible to anyone searching for a Wi-Fi signal, but only MPS students and staff will be able to use networks that connect them directly with all of the features and resources normally available at any other MPS facility – resources that are not available through an open Wi-Fi connection. The network, “BeKind” (for laptops) or “BeKind-MPS” (for iPads) can be accessed using MPS credentials.

Each initial computer session is for 60 minutes. If there are no reservations, sessions can be extended for additional time, up to a maximum of 4 hours per day.

Library locations also have short-term computers (15 minute) available for use.

You can reserve a computer at a reservation station inside the library using your library card number and PIN. You will be able to reserve the next available computer or a specific computer. You'll get a one-hour session and may get additional time if no others are waiting.
