2020 Reading Challenge

OPL librarians present a series of reading challenges to help you stretch beyond your reading comfort zone. Tackle these challenges in order or mix it up; take on one each month, or knock them out on your own timeline! OPL librarians have suggested titles below to fit the challenges, though you are welcome to choose any books that fit the challenge criteria.

How it works:

  1. Read or listen to a book for each of the 12 challenges.
  2. Track your reading in your Reading Challenge notebook (available at branches while supplies last) and when completed submit online, opens a new window
  3. Finish the online challenge, opens a new window by December 31, 2020, to earn a button and be entered in a prize drawing for literary-themed merchandise. 

As you read through the challenges, share what you’re reading on social media and tag @omahalibrary on Facebook, opens a new window, Twitter, opens a new window or Instagram, opens a new window.
