The menu of events included a greeting from Omaha's own Lois Friedman, a history of restaurant menus discussion panel, then lunch and a cookbook exchange.

Following lunch, Isa Chandra Moskowitz from Post Punk Kitchen and Carrie McKenzie of "Savour Cuisine" provided food demos, while Christy Pooschke presented "Eating Outside the Box."

The event was a success!
