Specialty Printing
About the Equipment
Do Space at Abrahams Branch offers an ET-2800 sublimation printer that uses specialty dye-based inks and heat to transfer images onto products like t-shirts or ceramics, fusing the ink to the surface.
Do Space at Central Library has an xTool Apparel Printer w/OS1 Automatic Shaker Oven and an xTool Heat Press. The xTool Apparel Printer is a Direct-to-Film (DTF) printer that auomatically prints, applies powder, and shakes to bake the film with the attached shaker oven. The printed film can then be used with a heat press to apply the design to fabric.
The xTool Heat Press is a smart heat press for use with iron-on/HTV and sublimation products on T-shirts, tote bags, wood, and more.
