Reserve a Meeting Room

Are you planning a meeting or needing a study room? OPL can accommodate groups large and small at most library locations.

When not in use for library-sponsored events, meeting rooms are available for use by community groups that meet OPL’s guidelines and for purposes that are consistent with the library’s mission, goals, and objectives.

Read through OPL's Meeting Room Policy to make sure you qualify to use these rooms. A.V. Sorensen Branch, Florence Branch, Saddlebrook Branch, and South Omaha Library have special policy addendums.

Meeting room reservations may only be made online.

Unless otherwise stated, study rooms are available on a first-come, first-served basis and cannot be reserved.
