How do I book a meeting room?

Reservations are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis. Reservations can be made 90 days into the future and must be made at least 72 hours in advance. Include enough time for setting up and breaking down the room.

Applications for meeting room use are not confirmed until approved. Applicants will be notified of approval for use within two business days.​
