Organization cards can be issued to any business, nonprofit, or other organization in Douglas County. This includes schools, individual classrooms and child development centers. The card will be issued in the name of the business and multiple staff may use the card. The card is renewable annually.
Applicants must bring a completed Organization Card Application plus proof that the organization is in Douglas County. Acceptable proof of address includes, but is not limited to, the business card of someone listed on the application or a letter from the owner on letterhead containing the business address. The Organization Card Application, opens a new window must be completed by the owner, director, principal, or other comparable head of the organization, who has both administrative and financial authority to be responsible for the materials checked out on the card.
The organization is responsible for lost or damaged items and any fees triggered for billed materials.
