Facilitator Training

As part of its strategic plan goal of becoming a community nexus, OPL created a team of 16 library staff members to train as facilitators for community conversations. The FIT (Facilitator-In-Training) Team members met at Milton R. Abrahams Branch for training in three areas: getting-to-know-you conversations, problem solving, and creativity and innovation.
