Dale Clark Main Library, 215 S. 15th St. Participants are encouraged to bring their favorite teacups, though there will also be teacups available for use at the event. The Bookworm bookstore will have books and holiday gift items available for purchase. Parking at Omaha Park One (15th & Douglas streets) will be validated for Jane Austen Tea attendees.
Festivities will include light English fare, tea, and a talk by Dr. Sheryl Craig titled, “Jane Austen and the Plight of Women,” which is also the title of Craig’s forthcoming book about Austen and the Women's Rights Movement in Georgian England.
