Omaha Public Library (OPL) collaborates with organizations to offer special programming to its community.

A set of criteria helps determine which opportunities to pursue. Specifically, OPL seeks to achieve the following goals through its collaborations:

  1. Gain new library users and/or
  2. Connect with current library users in a new way and/or
  3. Gain support for the library.

A collaborative union will include a letter of agreement detailing responsibilities of both parties, as well as an agreed-upon timeline.
