OPL will be offering the following programs to help navigate the policies put in place by the new health care law.

  • ACA for Small Business

    Where: W. Dale Clark Main Library (402.444.4800) at Meeting Rooms 2 & 3

    Learn the details you need to make informed decisions about the Affordable Care Act. This presentation will be geared towards small businesses and the self-employed.

    Marketplace Nebraska will provide assistance to help area residents make informed health insurance decisions, understand the marketplace, and compare insurance plans. They will respect your privacy and keep your information confidential. If you wish to shop for a plan on the health insurance marketplace, or think that such a plan might be right for you, please pay attention to the following.

    The Marketplace offers different types of health plans to meet a variety of needs and budgets. You'll need to figure out how much you want to spend on health coverage each month.

    Many people using the Marketplace will qualify to save money. To find out how much you're eligible for when you apply, it will help to bring these items:
    *Social Security numbers (or document numbers for legal immigrants)
    *Birth dates
    *Pay stubs, W-2 forms, or "Wage and Tax Statements"
    *Policy numbers for any current health insurance
    *Information about any health insurance you or your family could get from your jobs.

If you wish to shop for a plan on the health insurance marketplace, or think that such a plan might be right for you, please pay attention to the following.
